The ‘Vishwabhinandana’ Artist Tribute Festival organized by the Western Province Ministry of Cultural and Arts Affairs was held on 29th August 2024 at the Western Province Aesthetic Resort (NADA). The only ‘Vishwabhinandana’ tribute award for the Photography Arts Field in the year 2024 was presented to Mr. Shantha Gunaratne.
